Ever since his childhood days in school, at the temple, Benjiro was taught about herbs and their function. As a Life based mage, it was all the ore interesting after he Awakened. He bought multiple books regarding herbalism and botanic encyclopedias so that he may better understand these small, yet not so simple life forms. Being a healer at heart, he would always try to find better ways to heal others or to at least mask his magickal healing.
